Conveniently located and spacious room with a very comfy bed. The hotel also provided tickets for public transport , which was a nice touch.

The restaurant lacked atmosphere and the food was overpriced and mediocre. The breakfast options were plentiful but lacked quality, with my fruit salad tasting fizzy.

I recently stayed at Radisson in Basel for a few days for leisure purposes. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating my request for a quiet room with a garden view. To my pleasant surprise, they upgraded my room and provided free parking. The check-in experience was fun and we even won a free breakfast. The room itself was clean, fresh, and beautifully designed with a spacious bathroom and great amenities. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to the train station, food market, and various restaurants and bars in the old city. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at a hotel in Basel was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore the top sites. The room was clean and comfortable, with a quiet atmosphere and a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the breakfast had a variety of fresh and tasty food options. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a pool and fitness room, which were a bonus for us.

The lighting in the rooms was a bit dim, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

The rooms were beautifully refurbished and the decor was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the changing rooms. The sauna and steam room were very pleasant, with color-changing lights in the ceiling. The on-site restaurant provided a great dining experience, although the wine prices were quite expensive. The service we received from Monsieur Jean and Mr G was really good. They made us feel important and comfortable throughout our stay.

The hotel facilities including pool and gym were excellent and well-maintained. The cute corner with complimentary coffee, flavored water, and Swiss chocolate was a nice touch. The friendly and supportive staff made our journey more pleasant.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and amenities like a coffee machine and ironing board. We also appreciated the excellent service and the unexpected kindness of the staff, who even gave us a complimentary latte one morning. we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
